Throuple does not permit intimate images or videos to be shared without the consent of every identifiable person depicted. This policy covers nude or sexually explicit images, private sexual activity, voyeuristic content, intimate content shared privately, altered images, deepfakes, and AI-generated intimate depictions that appear to show you.
Who may submit
The depicted person, an authorized representative, a parent or legal guardian, or another person legally authorized to act for the depicted person may submit a request. You do not need a Throuple account.
How to submit
Use the Intimate Content Removal form or email safety@throuple.co. Include your contact information, authority to act, enough information to locate the content, a description, the reason you believe it was posted without consent, and an electronic signature. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, unrelated identity documents, or additional intimate material unless necessary to identify the content.
What happens next
We assign a reference number, review the request, contact you if more information is needed, locate the content, and notify you of the result. For a valid request covered by applicable law, we will remove the reported content as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 48 hours after receiving the valid request, and will make reasonable efforts to identify known identical copies.
Safety and abuse
For content involving a person under 18 or immediate danger, email safety@throuple.co immediately and contact local emergency services. We may disable content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, report apparent criminal conduct, and cooperate with lawful investigations. We may restrict accounts that upload, threaten to publish, repeatedly re-share, or create intimate deepfakes. Knowingly false reports may result in enforcement, but this does not prevent reporting content where consent was withdrawn or exceeded.
Confidentiality
Access to requests is limited to personnel and providers who need it to investigate, remove content, prevent re-uploading, protect users, comply with law, or maintain necessary records. We may share limited information with the poster when needed to explain enforcement, but handle submitted information under the Privacy Policy.
